Maeva Plagne Lauze, PLAGNE (Rhone Alpes)

Situated in the Savoie region, 35 km from Moutiers and 118 km from Chambéry, in the Tarentaise valley, the fully renovated residence welcomes you near the Vanoise National Park and typical villages of Montchavin, Montalbert and Champagny. Built like a typical Savoie village with chalets-buildings, you will enjoy an array of activities and facilities : restaurant, WiFi Internet connexion (fee required) and sauna (free use).

Maeva Plagne Lauze is a friendly and lively resort with a privileged location and it features a ski kindergarten equipped for 3 to 6 years-old. Sport enthusiasts can enjoy a game of squash. Discover all the fun of quad bikes and snow scooters on the ice track.

The residence is made up of 7 buildings.

Guests can choose the "Comfort +" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:
Beds made up for arrival.
Two sets of bathroom linen per person left in the apartment.
End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up).
Cleaning kit.
Television.

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.09 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 46.00 per week.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.


The reception is open Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 24:00 at Fridays, around the clock at Saturdays and from 24:00 at Saturdays to 13:00 at Sundays and from 16:00 to 20:00.
